St. Vincent de Paul chosen as Project 25 provider

SAN DIEGO (January 12, 2011) United Way of San Diego County has announced St. Vincent de Paul Village Inc. to manage and oversee Project 25, the Frequent User Initiative that is a centerpiece of its  Home Again public engagement campaign to end chronic homelessness.*
