Our Progress

Current Progress Report

Since its inception, 16 cities and towns have endorsed Home Again, and the program continues to see tangible success and receive growing support.

As our work continues, more living spaces and resources are being completed, including permanent supportive housing units, recuperative units, a regional access center and a permanent homeless facility.

But we still need more help. You can open a door for the chronically homeless by giving time or resources to Home Again, or by helping to spread the word about this innovative program.

The goal: 1,600 units of permanent supportive housing in the next 10 years.

More than 400 chronically homeless individuals will be served this year alone. Each will receive supportive services to help treat their issues, learn to become more self-sufficient, and get on the road to a better quality of life.
