Our Homeless

Of the thousands of homeless who live on our streets, the most desperate are the chronically homeless - those who have experienced many periods of homelessness while living with a disability.

Although the chronically homeless are a minority of the overall homeless population, they drain significant social resources - including legal, medical, and emergency services - at a high cost to our community. Home Again focuses on ending chronic homelessness so we can help free up desperately needed resources.
