HOME AGAIN

San Diego has many vulnerable people living on the streets, many with untreated mental illness, many of them veterans, many of them living for years without hope for the future.

Now there is a solution. Now we can end chronic homelessness. Now you can help.

The answer is one simple notion - housing first. If we start by giving the chronic homeless a place to call home, then we can create structure to offer support, services, mental healthcare and job readiness assistance in a smarter, more successful way. This will save San Diego County a significant amount of money and, more importantly, help to keep these people off the streets and on to a better, fuller life.

PROJECT 25: HOME AGAIN'S FREQUENT USER INITIATIVE

Project 25 is the first program collaboration of its kind in San Diego, involving partnerships between the United Way of San Diego County, City of San Diego, County of San Diego and the local non-profit sector.
